About the Image
In aged (12m) DPP6-KO mice, hippocampal area CA1 shows abnormal structures that are associated with postsynaptic apical dendrites (MAP2+, red) and presynaptic (synaptophysin+, green) sites. Cell bodies are in blue (DAPI).
